Former TV host and digital content creator Nana Owiti has penned a beautiful and overly emotional letter to her aunt who not only helped take care of her when she was younger but also all together raised her after her mother passed away.

Apart from the letter, Nana has also gifted her aunt a huge piece of land as an appreciation gift.

Nana maintained she had settled on land as she wanted her aunt's kids to have a place to call their own and land to inherit in the long run.

In a post that the mother of two shared on Instagram, she could be seen giving a heartfelt speech to her aunt before gifting her with the title deed to the piece of land where the two alongside with other family members were standing.

Her aunt burst out into tears following Nana's moving speech as Nana's small sister Portia moved in to hug her aunt.

Nana could be seen shaking her uncle's hand as well as she showed him the title deed. In the background, King Kaka could be heard cheering on as he promised there were more great things to come.

NINI NANA OWITI 🇰🇪 on Instagram: "LONG POST ‼️ When my grandpa died, the two of his youngest children were taken up by the two older girl siblings who had just started working. The last born was raised financially by my mom whilst the other one(my auntie Nduku) was raised by my aunt Mukui(I call her Mama to date). My auntie Nduku had to go to Kitui (Mukui’s matrimonial home)to continue with her high school education. The day she left was one of the worst days of my life. My world came tumbling down and it was like a second mourning altogether. As I was seeing her off, she pulled out a paper bag from her big bag that had assorted medicinal tablets. She sat me down and schooled me on what drugs to take if I ailed from different sicknesses. Among them was ‘diastop’. She said it was for diarrhea. Then antihistamines. I used to have a very bad allergy that when it sometimes happened, I would go blind! I saw nothing but darkness!!! She was aware I was in trouble and there was nothing she could do. I still remember how much we both cried and as I waved goodbye, she promised to bring me Elliots bread(those that lived in the village relate. Hii kitu haikuwa inaonekana virahisi bana). Fast forward to this, I Always wanted to do this for my her,the girl that raised me yet she was a child herself. I Wanted to do this on Mother’s Day but she was busy in another county with her team. She’s the Ulinzi Starlets team manager. Auntie, Asante sana for your sacrifices, your tender care and love and Asante for willing to go above and beyond to raise me,even though you didn’t have to. My family,Asante sana. Above all, I thank God that I’m able to do this for you. Nawakupenda ❤️❤️ To anyone striving to do something like this for their loved one(s), it’s possible, work hard, pray even harder…May you achieve this for them. #NiGod #BlessedToBeABlessing 🙏 #AsanteMungu"

He also cracked a few jokes around trying to liven the moment as tears were flowing from almost everyone in the vicinity.
