Africa's fastest man Ferdinand Omanyala has praised his wife for believing in his dreams even as he could not support his family.
Speaking in an interview with YouTuber Trudy Kitui, Omanyala disclosed that his wife believed in his dream and vision, and took the decision to support the family as he built his career.
"I met my wife in 2016, we met kwa track, one of the events, she played hard to get but finally nilimuwahi after seven months, that's when the journey started."
He explained that she used to foot the bills while he was still on the come-up.

He too was contributing but said his income was too little. He was only getting sh 5 k if he won a race as a national athlete.
