Fitness coach Frankie Just Gym it has impressed netizens with his beautiful dedication to himself for Fathers day.

the father fo four penned a message celebrating his dedication and growth as a father.

"Dear Me,

Today, I want to send a heartfelt Father’s Day message to myself, because I believe it’s important to recognize and celebrate the love, dedication, and growth that I have experienced on this beautiful journey of fatherhood.

Being a father to my children is an honor and a privilege that I cherish deeply. Each day, I strive to be the best version of myself, knowing that my actions and words have a profound impact on their lives. Through the ups and downs, the challenges and triumphs, I have learned valuable lessons about patience, empathy, and the true meaning of unconditional love."

He noted that co parenting is something he has worked on to be present for his children.

"Co-parenting has been an essential aspect of my journey, and though not perfect, I am immensely proud of the way we are navigating this path.

To my younger self, I want to express my gratitude for the growth and transformation that has occurred over the years. Becoming a father has allowed me to discover strengths I never knew I possessed.

It has pushed me to constantly strive for personal and emotional growth, not only for myself but for the sake of my children. Through them, I have learned the importance of selflessness and the joy that comes from seeing their happiness and well-being."

Frankie has two bys with content creator Maureen Waititu and a boy and girl with Corazon Kwamboka.

He also noted that faith has also played an important role in his journey as a dad
