Pastor Ezekiel Odero has struck a massive win after the government reopened his TV station allowing his more than 10 million followers to access his preaching.

The World Evangelism TV was shut down in April after the state heightened investigations into the Shakahola deaths over cult preachings.

The station is owned by New Life International Prayer Centre and Church where Ezekiel is the televangelist.

There has been a court battle with Ezekiel seeking to have the TV signals restored.

The preacher told the court he was losing Sh10 million every week as a result of the closure which meant millions were unable to follow services.

On Thursday, the church announced the reopening of its TV station and thanked God for the move.

"To Newlife family, we give God all the glory. Now we are on air in aerial, free to air decoder and satellite in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, Ethiopia, Congo and Congo DR," the church said on it's official Youtube channel.
