Red Flags Kenyans ignored when they started dating

Do not blame yourself for missed red flags

• Most people only notice red flags once they are out of a relationship.

• Not all flags are red, some are just things we see because of our insecurities.

Ever noticed something you ignored in your relationship after you have broken up?

That 'thing' is what people term as red flags. It's mostly taken as a cue to either desert the union or tackle the issue before it gets out of hand.

Below are hilarious comments by Kenyans on some of the things that made them run like a raging bull.

Esther Jackie Agung: Too much hot air bragging, I have this, I have that, I need to take a flight I don't know to where, bro who asked you all those, stop making me look like a failure in life.

Cradle Anyole Norman: She was the last born in a family of 8; seven ladies and one man. All her sisters were past 30 but only one was married. The rest have grown-up children in their father's compound. To my shock, their mother was very very very comfortable with it, urging them to bring her wajukuu! I calculated one plus one and I got two. The probability of this one respecting marriage was almost zero. I wasn't wrong.

Patrick Githinji: Having too many cousins including my blood brother.

Mwaniki Stephen: She had put on a nose ring on our first date and I knew hii ni mali ya umma.

Nasong'o Phestus: Dating 7 years, kuuliza why can't we live as one now?? Majibu; That l should be patient for another 3 years... Now, married 2 yrs.

Walter Ogola: Loving money more than the provider.

Odhiambo Innocent: She was always ranting about my pastor this my pastor that.. Also forcing issues of how she's born again and I should also go to her church blablabala...it's not like I was a PARGAN!!! I'm catholic for crying out loud.

Sophy Nasei: Baby mama calling every day kumbe she wanted her husband back.
