At the same time, Abel Mutua and Philip Karanja took home two awards - Best Movie East Africa and Best Indigenous Language Movie (Swahili) through their movie Click Click Bang.
The movie was directed by Phil Karanja and scripted by Abel Mutua.

Phil It Production also congratulated actor Joe Kinyua aka Njoro Wa Uba for winning the award for Best Comedy Series.
