"I have instructed Kenya Film School, Kenya Academy of Sports, Kenya National Theatre, Permanent Presidential Music Commission and Kenya National Innovation Agency, all who are under my Ministry, to step up support for these Huruma Town Kids and other gifted children. #TalantaHela," Namwamba said.
The CS has also offered to support the kids Education as his Ministry supports their unique talents.
"I invited the Huruma Town Kids crew to my office, and I can tell you these little dudes are the real deal, I mean they are a typhoon! I‘ll support their education while the Ministry @moyasa_ke will accelerate the development of their superb talents under our flagship #TalantaHela," Namwamba added.
Huruma town kids have received quite the support from different celebrities and politicians over the four years they have been doing parodies.
From food donations to phones, shooting gear, educational support, and even monetary assistance.
Their being under Talanta Hela can enable them to earn money directly from partnerships sourced out for them by Talanta Hela.
Ezekiel Mutua also once offered to buy them the equipment they needed to be able to shoot.
We can visibly see how the quality of their content has improved over time.
Talanta Hela was rolled out by the government to be able to tap into the creative industry and transform it.
