Famous Ugandan socialite Zari Hassan has officially 'introduced' her husband Shakib Cham Lutaaya to her late mother.

On Thursday, the mother of five posted several videos of her visit to the grave of the late Halima Hassan where she was accompanied by Shakib, her father Nasur Hassan, and another family member.

"Introducing my husband to my late mother," she said in one of the videos she posted on Instagram.

In the video, she and Shakib were seen sitting at his late mother's grave. His father, who was also present, was seen holding the tombstone while telling them inaudible words.

In another video, Diamond's baby mama showed the environment surrounding the grave where her grandfather's mosque is also located.

"I came to visit my mother, my mother's grave. My grandfather's mosque.  Of course, I brought my husband, so meet the family," Zari said in the video while showing the surroundings.

Later that day, the couple went out to an entertainment venue in Uganda where they had fun together.

"Date night where I was presented with beautiful art. Thank you dear, it's beautiful. I really liked it, what a surprise," he said.

Zari's mother, the late Halima Hassan, died in 2017, just a few weeks after her ex-husband, Ivan Semwanga passed away.

Not long after burying Ivan, Zari got the news that her mother was hospitalized due to heart disease.

The doctors did everything they could and she was allowed to go home. But after some time, she returned to the hospital for further tests.

Zari was in Uganda all the time to make sure that her parent got enough care and attention.

However, she later had to travel back to South Africa as she had left her children there. But it was not long after arriving there that it was announced that her mother had sadly passed away.
