According to the Young politician, he learned the act of giving from his grandfather, and whenever he is in a position he helps where he can.
“Giving and helping the needy defines the true religion in human beings, something I learnt from my grandfather to be a giver to the neediest in the community,” he noted.
In his narration, one of the people he helped in Mombasa was an elderly woman who had a very touching story.
“ Earlier today I made an impromptu visit to the Mwembe Tayari @naivas_supermarket Branch, I noticed this elderly mama who was outside the supermarket who was in deep thought she told me her story which touched me, I was much interested, and as a parent, I know the pain having kids and you can't provide something to eat.
"I decided to listen to her and for confirmation, together with the manager we visited her home that wasn't far away from the supermarket, indeed she is a grandmother to 5 kids all depending on her, we opted to get her a shopping voucher that will last her a whole month long courtesy of @myspace.co.ke and @naivas_supermarket. It's in giving we receive ... Thank you Mombasa at least we left the city with a smile on someone's face .... God bless you all,” Mwenda Thuranira.
