The date she referenced is a bit interesting considering what was happening in her life at that moment.
Let's take a trip down memory lane and see what happened in 2021. At the time she indicated on the date, she was in the midst of a public tussle with her baby daddy Hamo.
Two weeks before that, she had been on an IG Q&A with fans talking about not being married and how difficult life was as a single parent.
“From paying the bills, being a full-time mum/dad. Attending to a sick child. It is too much for one person to handle. If you are a deadbeat mum or dad, shame on you,” she wrote about her tribulations.
That was on April 2. During the same month, she was selling her Facebook page to offset bills. She had reached out to blogger Edgar Obare disclosing she wanted to sell her Facebook account for sh1.7 million to clear her debt including rent arrears.
"I am a mother of two and a comedian. Life is becoming hard every day and I have lots of arrears. I want to sell my Facebook account to anyone in business. It has over 850,000 followers. I am selling at Ksh2 bob per follower," Jemutai pleaded.
"I want to be able to start a business and take care of my children. I know it is was a desperate move but I wanted to pay my bills. As a mother I would do anything for my kids," she added on her social media pages.
Hamo had however denied her allegations.
“I have children who live with me and others who don’t live with me. I have been providing for my children from day one and there’s no day they went without food or shelter or anything they need.
“My wife is the one who sends upkeep for the children who don’t live with us. This has been the agreement between my family and the mother of the children,” he explained.
The two would later make up with Hamo recognising her as his second wife.
