Online comedian Chebet Ronoh has taken to her social media to share images of her epic body transformation that has left fans absolutely shocked at how big the difference is.
If you are already an avid follower of Ronoh you know that she has been on a body positivity and weight loss journey for the longest time.
After sharing the images, Chebet also shared her healing process since she thought that after losing weight everything would be okay revealing that through her journey she has learned that healing is a process noting that;
"I remember thinking that if I finally lost the weight and made more money I’ll be happy and healed from everything I went through (slide 2 was me 3 years ago)That I won’t ever doubt myself or feel fear or self-sabotage again well CHILE- 😂🫵🏾It does not work like that at ALL I had what I wanted but still repeated the same cycles and I realized healing and growing isn’t what we expect it’s choosing yourself even when you let yourself down and facing your demons again and again until it’s past you"
Ronoh began documenting her fitness journey on Instagram in 2021.
