Travel content creator Dee Mwango on her Youtube channel opened up and disclosed the reasons and things that led to the breakup with her Filipino boyfriend Jay Bonight as she revealed that her relationship was not perfect as people saw on social media.
In a long video, Dee Mwango who refers to herself as a village girl revealed that she met Jay Bonight on Instagram they first met in the Philippines and she is the one who introduced him to the social media scene Together they started making a couple of videos adding that;
" He introduced me to his family and after sometimes I also called my two brothers and informed them and everyone was so supportive" revealing that she was the happiest during the first stages of dating since everything was going on so well.
Dee narrated that "He was not into social media as such since he just had about 200 subscribers no youtube channel just a regular person, and that's what I fell in love with "
After dating for some time, Jay seemed interested in traveling since he was also dating a world traveler and she was there to guide him mouthing that;
"Personally I wanted him to start his own youtube channel where he could do his vlogs, but Jay wanted us to open a couples channel" Adding that "he had to quit his job and had a debt of over $1,000 (KSh 134,000) and was to clear it before he was released," she narrated.
And because of love, She helped her pay all his debt, open a grocery business for his parents, and also funded all their trips from the accommodation to food to dressing adding that she had no problems with that.
She noted that they started having problems when it got to a time where she was recomending specific laptops for him but the boyfriend thought that Dee was being over controlling as she described that;
" The big mistake that made everything to fall apart was the fact that I was recommending him the type of laptop to buy and he did not want that and that's the problem." Adding, " That's when he stopped talking to me, ignoring my messages and calls for weeks and he would make videos on the couples channels and claim on how he loves me."
Concerning the change of the couple channel, MS. Mwango disclosed that he changed it into his explaining that;
" I think that he tricked me and changed it later and would tell his followers that we were okay despite everything."
The soft-spoken content creator then said that she had to call it quits because everything was just not working.
