Susan Kaittany

She’s posh, she’s bold and she’s savage. Add her love for statement hairstyles and Susan Kaittany is everything you want in a real housewife of Nairobi.

“I was obviously on the top list for The Real Housewives of Nairobi… I mean look at me,” she says.

According to, Susan, for one to be on the show, they have to be authentic, sassy, and classy – and gladly she ticks all the boxes.

Minne Kariuki

When she’s not breaking sponsors’ hearts and living that baby girl life as Mariah on Single Kiasi, Minne Kariuki gets busy with the construction business in Nairobi.

In The Real Housewives of Nairobi, Minnie is serving everything – from fashion to shade.

With only six episodes out, Ms Kariuki has already been crowned the queen of shade by her many fans online.

She is always trending on social media whenever a new episode of #RHONairobi drops.

“I am serving shade; I’m the queen of shade!” affirmed this at the beginning of the reality.

From her beef with Michelle Ntalami to her fallout with other housewives, Minnie is just a perfect fit to spice up the show.

She is never afraid to speak her mind.

Sonal Maherali aka Generali Simba

She may be soft-spoken but Sonal Maherali, or as she calls herself “the queen of the African Savanna”, knows a thing or two about marking her territory while staying sophisticated, and sometimes dramatic when need be.

“I don’t do drama, I only do style and class but if need be, I break the glass,” she declares.

In her own words, Sonali, states that as a real housewife of Nairobi, you need to be resilient, bold, and opulent.

And being the lover of shoes that she is, Sonali maintains that her heels must always be six-inch to match her high personality on the reality show and in real life.

Vera Sidika

33-year-old Vera Sidika is no stranger to the limelight.

In fact, she declares in her introduction video on The Real Housewives of Nairobi: “I’m the most googled celebrity in this country, more than the president, and that’s on, period!”

At the beginning of the reality, Vera said “The Real Housewives of Nairobi is a great platform for people to know who Vera is.”

And indeed, she has just been doing that. From hosting expensive parties to revealing the gender of her unborn baby using a chopper – Vera is not afraid to show the world that she is the soft-life Ambassador.

Apart from that, she is also serving shade and drama on the show – any small or biggest argument on the show, Vera is involved and you can’t help but notice her.

Sidika made it clear that a real housewife is a boss and runs the city (literally) – she does exactly that.

Lisa says that living in a society that is quite male-dominant, The Real Housewives is a perfect opportunity for strong women to reflect and show who they really are.

In one of the episodes, Lisa took the girls to Machakos for rallycross and they all loved the experience.
