A Kenyan woman has moved singer Otile Brown with her account of how she was drugged and then robbed in Nairobi CBSD.

The woman in a video on TikTok described the incident as horrifying and something that haunts her.

She tells how an elderly woman approached her to carry out the ordeal.

"So mi natoka shughuli zangu mi pale Odeaon kama kawaida because it was around 7 or 8 pm, " It was dark as she recounted.

"Alaalfu there was a line to board the matatus. So I joined the queue like everyone else, the line was so long, and it was inching forward very slowly" she added

An elderly couple who was not in the queue was standing close by. The woman was on a phone call appearing lost and in need of direction.

She was telling the other person on the call that she would hand over the phone to the tout for directions.

"The woman was so well dressed anakaa kama ametoka church or something "

But the woman instead approached her to ask her which matatus ply the Ruiru Ndani route.

"I told her this is the line for those matatus lakini itabidi mpange line ".

She, however, offered them a spot in front of her owing to their age.

"They were a bit old, weuh guys me I don't know what happened from there I dot know how I found myself at the Kitengela stage karibu na Afya Centre uteremka chini. That is where I found myself "

She had lost all her belongings from her phone to her laptop.

"Mpaka ile fulana nilikuwa nimevaa I didnt have anything even my handbag"

Her warning? "Just watch out, Nairobi is getting crazy day by day"

Following the incident POtile wrote;

"Makes me sad .. how do we even get here as a nation .. ni life ndio hard ama the devil is overworking .. hii ninkesi ya 100 nimesikiaThis is bad , soo bad .. come on 🤦‍♂️ we can do betterViongozi wetu na walinda usalama .. pole sana dada,".

Kenyans have consoled her and given their own accounts plus what not to do:

@RajiniENicholasUkiwa Nairobi CBD treats everyone as a suspect, weka sura ya kazi, and doesn't tolerate any form of close contact.

@sammwita044Many things have happened in CBD ..its a matter of time to who it's going to happen next.A friend of mine aliwekewa kisu isingekua thao alikua nayo, tungekua tushaakula rice.

@Cosmas46433764Pole sana mamii.Dont be good to anyone you don't know about CBD.
