The comedian took to his social media on Saturday and shared a video of the lady describing what led to her arrest and imprisonment and then appealed to anybody with information about Joyce Naserian to reach out to him.
"We will be visiting Langata Prison to help this Sister out. So far a lot of people have come out to offer her help...Thank you @bernicesaroni for offering her a job. Let's try to get her out first," The comedian shared.
Hours earlier, during an interview with local interviewers, Naserian thanked Eric Omondi for everything and continued by asking Kenyans to offer her a job since she is also a single mother.
Eric assured her that everything will be better. "Many brands are willing to work with you since you are now a celebrity, Nitahakikisha uwe na pesa mingi that being a good sign that umetoka kwa depression, unemployment and poverty."
He went ahead to tell Kenyans that he will ensure that Kenyan prisons are decongested making sure that no one is arrested for petty crimes adding that he is going to start a program for decongesting petty offenders.
He also asked Sakaja Nairobi Governor to intervene and ensure that all the petty offenders are released.
