Content creator Carrol Muthoni does not regret ending their relationship with her baby daddy Mulamwah.
Mulamwah and Carrol Muthoni, alias Sonnie, broke up in 2021, when she was expecting their daughter, but announced the breakup in early 2022.
During a Q&A session on Instagram on Monday, a fan asked Sonie:
"Do you still regret ending things with the father to your kid?"
In response, she seemed surprised by the question, saying, "Still? I never said I regret, babes."
Another fan asked Carol what inspires her to work harder in life, to which she answered that she is afraid of being poor.
"I fear poverty and the fact that money is sweet I want to make it every day."
When asked how she balances motherhood with her job, the mother of one said that it's important for women not to forget to take care of themselves.
"You have to enjoy yourself, bbg... usijifunge juu umekua a mother. We tend to forget and focus on our angels but you must learn to give yourself time and take care of you babes, sawa?" she said.
In a past interview with Mpasho, Carrol said at some point she was suicidal, but a friend saved her life.
"It was not easy and the only reason I did not quit social media was that I was afraid I would not feed my child," she said.
"I had to learn to grow a thick skin. I was suicidal because of postpartum depression and other things. My baby was barely a month old then."
On how she overcame the backlash and hate online, Carrol said "every day you become better".
"I have moved past that but I have not gotten the courage to speak about it yet," she said.
