Gospel singer Daddy Owen has reacted to the news of the Supreme Court ruling that the decision by NGOs to bar LGBT community from registering association was discriminatory and that it is unconstitutional to limit right to associate

Owen has now come out to say that LGBTQ should not be allowed.

"LGBTQ should NOT be allowed in KENYA! The courts are here to serve and protect our culture, society and customs! If ths NGOs are allowed to register in Kenya then we should allow outlawed groups such as TERRORISTS and BANDITS to be registered!" He said.

He added "We SHOULDN'T be this desperate for VISAS!"

Owen went on to quote the Bible in Leviticus 18:22 "You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination."

This comes after Eric Gitaru moved to court challenging the decision of the board not to register their organisation that fights for the rights of LGBTQ

The judges dismissed the appeal board ruling that the decision by the board was discriminatory

"It would be unconstitutional to limit the right to associate through denial of registration of an association purely based on the sexual orientation of the applicants," the court ruled.

The court said that all persons whether heterosexual, lesbian, gay, intersex or otherwise will be subject to sanctions if they contravene existing laws including Sections 162, 163 and 165 of the penal code.
