Nominated senator Karen Nyamu and her baby daddy singer Samidoh's first public meeting after their dramatic break-up have elicited a mixed reaction.

The mother of three shared photos dressed in a beige army-like attire matched with a beige cap while meeting Nyandarua governor, Badilisha Kiarie.

She captioned the photos;

"Today I paid a courtesy call on Nyandarua county governor, His Excellency Badilisha Kiarie at his office.

We discussed his vision to revamp the tourism sector and secure Nyandarua as a pivotal component of the tourism circuit in Kenya for both local and international tourists."

On his social media, Samidoh also shared a series of photos with the governor explaining that he had a good meeting with Governor Badilisha.

"It was a great day having a round table talk with Nyandarua County governor Kiarie Badilisha and Tourism Board (NCTA). We discussed how Creative arts can be incorporated to promote Tourism in our great County."

Netizens were quick to notice that the two were in the same meeting and questioned why they had decided not to post a photo of each other on their social media.
