Punguza Kiburi!! Kenyans tell off Moya David after threat to sue over dance style

• Many have called out David saying he should stop using someone else's song before considering suing people for using his dance style.

Kenyans have told off TikToker Moya David after he threatened to sue people for using his 'dance style'.

The dance is his signature style when making surprise visits on behalf of his client while the song 'Mi Amor' by Tanzanian star Marioo plays in the background.

Many have castigated Moya saying he should also stop using Marioo's song without paying him for it.

In July 2022, the Tanzanian artist expressed how happy he was that Moya was reaping big from the song.

"You know sometimes when we are promoting a song when we see a comedian like my friend Jaymondi I call him and tell him to use one of my songs as background when he is making his audience laugh and that is one way of promoting a song and so you see Moya as a dancer when he uses my song its one way of promoting it you understand, and it has gone well for him and he is earning a living so let him earn it)"
