Digital content creator Terence Creative decided to do a walk down memory lane of his relationship with his wife Milly Chebby ahead of this year's Valentine.

Taking to his Instagram stories the comedian shared how till now he does not believe that Milly's family gave him their daughter especially since Terence failed to come up with the agreed bride price.

Sharing a recap of the day of their traditional wedding Terrence took the opportunity to encourage his fans to always have confidence even if they're broke, that's how you get things done. He also advised having people around you that will help cover your shame.

In one of the pictures, he is seen standing next to his friends YY Comedian and Captain Otoyo where they were all rocking white pants, white shirts, and navy blue coats.

Terence asked fans not to be fooled by the dapper looks as he was as broke as the word could mean.

"Hatimaye tulijipata Rift valley. Hapa na hizi suti sikuwa na pesa yeyote ila 23k ambaya tulichanga tulipe mahari nayo. I was robbed the previous night before travelling for my ruracio.

The fact that nilipewa msichana ndio maajabu bado sijawahi elewa," the comedian captioned the photo.

He went on to share a picture of him and Milly joyfully dancing during the ceremony as he revealed how he had to put on a brave face even though shame was internally destroying him.

"Hapa nilikuwa na stress na aibu nilikuwa nimeletea familia yangu na mashemeji because wueeh! But you honestly could not tell juu vile nilikuwa nadance hapa. Enyewe, asanteni kwa kunipea bibi.

Guys always have people around you that will cover your shame and save you from the wild world," Terence's post read.

However, the family did not trust his narrative but gave him the benefit of doubt before that Terrence was challenged to get more money.

"We were told to go out and add the money, a friend added me 2k we got 25,000," he said. 

To date, Milly doesn't buy that her man was robbed because at the time he was a notorious gambler. In the recent past, the mother of one has challenged her husband to do a white wedding for her. 

But Terence tells her to appreciate the traditional wedding since there are couples who have lived together for years without knowing each other's parents. 

"I have paid... I have gone for introduction, I have done a traditional wedding, I have signed," he said.
