There is trouble in the Mugiithi industry as the upcoming artistes are trying to unsit the already popular artistes.

Popular Benga artiste JB Maina has gone to court over copyright issues.

JB Maina has sued three Mugiithi artistes, Waithaka Wa Jane, Tonny Young and Kamwana Wa Jane for sampling his songs and making a name for themselves in the industry.

Waithaka said that they are expected to go before the court.

Waithaka Wa Jane took to his Facebook page to do a live session where he alleged artistes are working towards his downfall.

He said that JB Maina is not the one behind the court order and that he knows who is behind their downfall promising to update his fans in due time

"We are not the only artistes who sing other people's songs. All artites do that and it is because our fans ask for their songs. I know this is a fight that will go on. I am ready to fight the battle."

Well, fans have been tagging Samidoh with some claiming he was afraid Waithaka was dethroning him.

A fan shared a statement asking his fans if Samidoh was against Waithaka's success.

The statement did not sit well with Samidoh as he blasted the fan asking him to stop mentioning his name in vain.

"Young Boy, Please, stop mentioning my name in vain."

According to the letter, Waithaka Wa Jane recorded JB's songs and put them on his YouTube channel.
