Entrepreneur and heir of Keroche liquor company Anerlisa Muigai has asked musician Ben Pol to move forward with his life without getting stuck in the hope that one day they will get back together.
Muigai through her Instagram page, said that following the artist's recent claims about their unhappy relationship when they were a couple, she wanted to answer him by doing interviews with the media and blogs but after a period of evaluation she saw no need.
She made a strong statement to Pol reminding him that it has been two years since they broke up, so they are no longer friends and there will never be a day when they get back together.
She asked the artist to stop talking about her in his interviews and instead focus on his life while revealing that she has decided to hide a lot and the day he opens up to the media she didn't know where Ben Pol would hide his face.
"After a long calculation and deep thinking, I have seen no need to do an interview to answer Ben Pol about my previous relationship with him. I realized it's not really worth my time to talk about it because right now I'm better than that."
She asked her to leave the idea of getting back together making it clear that it cannot happen because the water has already been spilled.
"But just to remind Ben, it's been two years now since we broke up. I am not your wife and it is also clear that I cannot be your friend. Move forward with your life and stop thinking that we will get back together. It can't happen. You know very well that if I decide to do an interview to make things clear, I don't know where you will hide your face," Anerlisa Muigai shouted.
At the end of last week, Ben Pol's interview talking about his relationship with Anerlisa while saying that he never enjoyed it at all was released and caused a lot of chatter online.
Anerlisa advised that if he didn't want to get embarrassed, then it was better to keep her name out of his mouth and not try to use it as a way to push his music.
"So to avoid embarrassment, keep my name out of your mouth, don't try to use it to push your music career, if you fail in music, find a job or go back to school," Anerlisa said.
Ben Pol and Anerlisa got married in the church in 2021 and broke up a few months later, which was said to have pushed the artist to depression, and even allegedly change his religion from Christianity to Islam.
