Wema Sepetu mistakenly discloses UTI infection after 'seriously sick' claims

Miss Tanzania 2006 Wema Sepetu over the weekend mistakenly shared the medicine she is taking to treat a serious illness.

"Imetupiga nyumba nzima ...ugonjwa gani huu jamani" she captioned her post. 

On her Snapchat, Wema claimed that she was diagnosed with Covid-19, and shared a video of the medicine the doctor prescribed.

She quickly deleted it upon realizing that netizens had taken a screenshot of the video that marked the drugs as antibiotics to treat a UTI.

She added that "Corona imerudi na dawa zinazonywewa ni hizo Azuma na hivyo vidogo vidogo ..msisahau matangawizi na malimao..sio UTI..tho hata tukiumwa UTI tunapewa na azuma but also waliokunywa hizo wanaelelwa Corona bado ipo guys...na inauma vibaya sana"
