Kate Actress has joined celebrities in mourning the gruesome murder of gay model Edwin Chiloba.

Chiloba's body was found stashed in a metallic box in Mogombet area of Kapsaret in Uasin Gishu County.

According to the source a Bodaboda rider spotted a vehicle which was numberless dropping the metal box along the Kipenyo - Kaptinga road.

The matter was reported to Uasin Gishu police who arrived at the scene and upon opening the box, a decomposing body of a man dressed in woman's clothes was found inside.

It was later established that the deceased was Eldoret based fashion designer Edwin Chiloba.

The body was taken to the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital awaiting post mortem to establish the cause of death.

The police in Uasin Gishu are trying to solve the murder mystery.

Chiloba is the second gay member to be murdered in such gruesome manner.

A lady called Sheila Lumumba was allegedly murdered by a pack of 6 men for the simple reason that she was gay last year.

The sad news was broken by  human rights activist, Njeri Wa Migwi.

Lumumba was allegedly gang raped by six men before her leg was broken before finally being stabbed.

Kenyans have come out to criticize the murder saying Chiloba did not deserve such inhumanity.
