Celebrated singer and former TV host Kambua Manundu has today shared some details about her three pregnancies and how they have changed her life.
In a post on her Instagram page, Kambua asked her fans to share their experiences with their during and after pregnancy journey body changes.
In her post, Kambua expressed that she was amazed at what the human body is capable of.
She went on to ask ladies- "what’s the biggest change you’ve experienced during/post pregnancy?"
She also shared that she went up half a shoe size after her second baby.
Kambua also said that she has lost LOTS of hair after all her pregnancies.
"It literally comes off in chunks! Every time I wanted to shave it off my hairdresser said no, and I’m now thankful I trusted her. Hope your hair has fully recovered now?" she said.

A fan identified as sharleypam shared how she was left with CS scars after her five children.
Responding to her post, Kambua sent love to the lady and also revealed she gave birth through caesarean section.
"I relate in some ways. I also have 3 CS scars that I believe will heal over time. Hugs from one angel mom to another. And may you heal from all you’ve gone through," Kambua said.
In yet another post, Kambua talked about embracing her new body since it has brought forth miracles in their lives.
"Every time I look at myself in the mirror and see how much I’ve changed I realize I have a choice: either to hate myself, or acknowledge how much work my body has done in bringing forth miracles. So as you work on your weight, give yourself grace. You’ve done so so well," she said.
