Kovu actress Trisha Khalid also known as Ruby opened up about her acting career, celebrities, and politicians sliding into her DM.

She also talks about her friendship with Vera Sidika and why she is in a relationship with a married man.

Trisha once dated a married man.

She told Buzz Central's Cheptoek Boyo that it's not a big deal to date a married man.

"I'm a not the first girl to date a married man. He is okay with the relationship and I am okay with it. I see nothing wrong in dating him because Muslims have up to four wives."

Trisha stated that she is a go-getter who loves making her own money. She insists she is not a gold digger.

The TikToker admitted to having dated a sponsor, and the challenges come that with that, despite the perception that side chicks are winning.

"Yes, I have dated a sponsor and it is not a good thing he is there for fun and you are there for the money,".

She does love the good side of dating sponsors.

"We all want a good life. As much as the sponsor is the provider, at some point he will get tired. Sponsors don't stay because they are there to have fun, the same way they found you are the same way they will find another person "

Trisha has a ridiculous amount of DM's from men, despite making it clear that she is taken.

"I'm taken, not marriage taken but I'm taken, taken, I'm seeing somebody"

 Asked to advise women dating sponsors, the actress said;

"Hide your sponsor, as much as you want a good life invest the money they give you. If he gives you 100k save up, sponsors hawakai"

Trisha says this will stop you from becoming a motivational speaker when he dumps you.

Trisha has credited Loulou Hassan and Rashid Abdalla for the success of her acting career.

Lulu Hassan gave her a call one day to set up a meeting.

"I was excited at the same time shocked why would she want to see me? I don't know how she knew me. Aki Mungu wewe. She has never told me where she got my number from, but the day she gave me a call she said I am in Mombasa and I would like to see you"

She was auditioning in Mombasa and their meeting was good.

She told Trisha there was a role specifically chosen for the actress; "I was tense because I have never acted on screen, so I told her I'm a model and brand influencer and not an actress".

However, Lulu challenged Trisha to think about the opportunity of joining the film industry.

Trisha accepted the role and has loved it ever since. She laughed at how people reacted to her role as Ruby.

"People hate me, OMG! People hate Ruby,"
