The world welcomes the holiday season, and Michelle Ntalami is taking a step back to reflect on her life.

The Marini Natural CEO has said goodbye to November by reflecting on how heartbroken she has been and the process it took to heal.

She experienced public heartbreak in 2021, which was followed by a healing process in 2022.

"Fam, we've come to the; last day of November. Now I know I said I'll share a lot of stuff about healing on my stories but something funny happened"

Michel through the year said that the heavy load took a toll on her and that she had to air it out.She also went for therapy, adding it's been a roller coaster journey.

"Each time I consistently tried to share about pain, healing, loss, and break up it felt off. I felt like I wasn't that person anymore. and I didn't want to keep revisiting her"

Michelle and girl pal Makenja Njeri were at the center of a bitter breakup over serial infidelity.

She is encouraging people suffering heartbreak to open up but says her path of going public may not be necessarily what you need to do.

"Each time I consistently tried to share about pain, healing, loss, and break up it felt off. I felt like I wasn't that person anymore. and I didn't want to keep revisiting her"

There was a time that was all I knew so that's all I'd put out I will give you a glimpse into this in the next few stories.

But I'm a different person now.

This in no way means I don't recognize what I went through or I'm running away from it. But I don't want to ever go back to who I was then, or where I used to be"

She also said what happened between her and them was messy, painful, and then later peaceful and thankful.

"This month has made me realize that while I am more at peace I am also more intentional about avoiding any people, places, or spaces that can trigger me, and take me back there"

We're all different and we heal differently.

For me, the very fact that I'm not the same person who was comfortable enough to keep sharing about my pain is pretty remarkable for my healing.

And I thought that is worth sharing with y'all"
