In another beautiful picture of Zahari, Jacque compared it with a current photo of the eight-year-old captioning it, "How it's going, November 2022."
The mother of one has been raising Zahari as a single mum. Back in 2020, Jacque told how she suffered two miscarriages before successfully conceiving Zahari.
Maribe said after all the suffering, her baby daddy Eric Omondi asked her to wait before they could try to get pregnant again.
"One day, while in South Africa, a good friend of mine @brianbaraka told me 'uko na mood swings kama za mtu ako na mimba (you have mood swings like a pregnant woman).' We laughed but to be honest it was the hardest trip I did, I was throwing up literally all the time. But I didn't think I could have been pregnant. Because baby's daddy @ericomondi had said we wait a while," she recalled.
After returning home in May 2014, God blessed her with a bouncing baby boy.
"During the pregnancy, every single day was a blessing. I chose 14th, and boom, this cute child of mine came," she said.
Jacque has also ever told what the name Zahari means. and how special and appropriate it was to name him so.
"Zahari - meaning God has Remembered. I couldn't have picked a better name for you, my son. And through our journey, God has faithfully remembered. I love you more than all the words in all the books in the whole wide world. Happy eighth birthday, King Zee!"
