There was drama at the Milimani Law courts after an advocate assaulted a businessman sued by his estranged wife for child upkeep.
The advocate Robert Asembo is representing the woman in the case.
The businessman had arrived in court to testify in the case before an altercation ensued.
The incident happened right outside the court chambers of Magistrate Robert Mbogo who is handling the case.

The woman in question tries to go in between the men to stop them from throwing punches, but she swiftly gives up and walks away.
The lawyer throws a punch which hits the wall after the husband avoids being hit.
In another punch, the lawyer successfully hits the husband as he drops his documents on the floor.
The fight ends there with the husband bending to pick up his items and the wife walks away with the visibly angry lawyer. He turns to look back at the husband one more time and mumbles something.
The husband enters one of the chambers before the video ends.
The advocate has been identified as a former AFC Chairman and former FKF Vice Chair.
