Fellow comedian Oga Obinna hilariously noted that the mystery woman resembles Sandra alot.

"😂😂😂😂akuku yawa. You can't cheat on Sandra with Sandra."

Even MCA Tricky joined in  "sandraaaaa wacha wewe! Uongoo uongoo this is not Akuks!"

Other fans reacting to the funny situation note that Akuku seem to have a type he loves; big girls.

The Auntie Boss actress and the comedian are said to be dating. In July this year, Akuku spoke out after incessant questions from Kenyans about their status.

The guessing games were as a result of sweet emojis and appearances they frequently made together.

He told SPM Buzz

”Hio swali watu wanauliza… Is she your real girlfriend? This week tutakuwa tuna make our reveal. You guys stay tuned. Watch on our page… We will be making that announcement. So you guys chill. Tutakuwa tunawajibu hiyo swali. On my page and on Sandra’s page.”

In January we learnt that he was in ICU  after one of his lungs collapsed.

Akuku was born with sickle-cell anaemia. Fellow funnyman Hamo said Akuku has been ailing for years as the condition is hereditary.

"Many are the days he stood on the Churchill Show stage to make Kenyans laugh while he needed the joy," Hamo wrote while pleading for financial help.

In February he was readmitted to hospital after an infection reoccured.
