Comedian YY is coming for Kenyan's throats just as they're in the middle of celebrating after President William Ruto and Cyril Ramaphosa signed an MOU allowing Kenyans to visit South Africa Visa-free for 90 days.

Taking to his socials the father of one trolled Kenyans who were celebrating the news acting as if Visas is what had been stopping them from visiting South Africa.

And boy did he have no chills.

Calling out all those posting the news excitedly he wrote, "You all are out here acting excited on your timelines as if it is Visa's that was stopping you from going to South Africa...Visa ni 10 thousand pekee...."

Fare na pesa ya hoteli ndio shida. Tuseme tu ukweli.... (now see let us be honest, admit that the air travel and accommodation fee for hotels is the real problem," the comedian captioned his post before adding several laughing emojis.

He went on to add, "Kubali tu hauna biashara inakupeleka huko na fare pia haiko, msiwekelee Visa. Visa is innocent."

President William Ruto on Wednesday shared the great news that Kenyans holding ordinary passports will be granted entry to South Africa according to the new visa-free regime between Kenya and South Africa.

The deal had been arrived at, after an intervention by South Africa's President Cyril Ramaphosa.

"From January 1, 2023, we will have a different regime. Kenyans holding ordinary passports will be allowed to enter South Africa on a Visa-free regime for up to 90 days per calendar year," Ruto said.

He spoke when he hosted Ramaphosa at the State House.

The President said they had also agreed on a return policy when immigration laws and policies are breached.
