Tiktoker Official Kinuthia has announced that he underwent the highly sought after Gastric Balloon weight loss procedure.

The weight loss procedure has also been done by Kate Actress and Jackie Matubia.

A gastric balloon is an inflatable silicone balloon that is inserted in your stomach. It works by making you feel full sooner so that you eat less.

Kinuthia is heavily criticized online for his weight, and responded by telling people off.

On Wednesday November 2, Kinuthia took his fans through the doctors appointment, "Let me tell you I am so afraid right now" He tells ahead of the procedure.

His anxiety builds up "I have made up my mind, nimeamua" he adds.

The gastric balloon installation has been done by actresses Jackie Matubia and Kate Actress, who as well shared that they have seen results.

Kate Actress has been sharing her new look.

The former ‘Mother in Law’ actress shared a before and after video in a black dress and tights, paired with black boots dancing to the Naija song ‘Sugarcane’ by Camidoh as she flaunted the transformation progress.

The photos showed an impressive transformation and her fans noted the reduced waist and flatter tummy.

Addressing this change on Instagram, Kate reminded people her reason for the procedure was her job as an actress and fitting into the roles she is cast into.

“Same girl,…One thing about me I will love the hell out of me, in whatever size.” she captioned the video.

Her journey began in May this year.

“The balloon occupies about 15 to 20% depending on your stomach size. Its 500ml. Your stomach can hold upto 3 liters, this means you feel full, so you eat less. Portion control thus resulting in weight loss. I chose the gastric balloon,” wrote Kate.

It cost her about half a million shillings.
