Singer Kambua has penned an emotional message to Nigerian singer Davido after he lost his three-year-old son.

Through her Instagram page, the mother of two described the death of a child as tragic and heartbreaking.

She went on to pray that God may comfort the singer and his wife.

"The death of a child is unnatural. It's tragic. So heartbreaking. May God comfort David and his wife. A few weeks ago I said- the smallest coffins are the heaviest. May the God of all comfort be near them," she wrote.

A month ago, Kambua said she is yet to overcome the loss of her second-born son.

The award-winning artist through her Insta-stories posted about how heartbreaking it is for a parent to carry his/her baby's coffin.

" The smallest coffins are the heaviest. One day I will tell you about that. Not today, someday."

Adding; "If you know someone who has had a miscarriage, a stillbirth, infant loss call them, text them. Let them know they are loved. Let them know their baby mattered." Kambua advised.

She also encouraged parents who have gone through a child loss to allow God to take the course.

"This is for every parent who has had to endure the pain of losing a child. I everyone who has had a miscarriage, a failed IVF procedure, multiple negative tests, or unexplained infertility, I can relate in some ways. I know the darkness. I know the pain. I know the heaviness."

Adding;

"But I also know that the pain eases and the darkness lifts. I know that if you allow God, you will never walk alone. He’ll be right there beside you.

Holding you close, wiping your tear, lifting you. It’s been a year since Malachi, and I have experienced what I can only summarize as Shalom- the peace; the perfection of God."

Kambua lost her son Malachi on February, 15th 2021.

On February 11, 2022, Kambua's late son Malachi would have turned one year.

To celebrate his birthday Kambua and her husband cut a cake in memory Malachi.
