Eric Omondi, President of Comedy Africa, has taken his push to play 75% of Kenyan music to parliament once again.
On Tuesday, the comedian was outside parliament buildings rehearsing for what he termed as "Play 75% Kenya Music Live Concert".
"Tomorrow we make History with First ever Live Kenyan Concert at Parliament Buildings before we present the Bill. Tutachezea MPs Kenyan Music ndio wajue wanapitisha," Omondi announced.
After the performance, the funnyman made sure his bill on Kenyan music had been tabled in Parliament.
The bill was to be discussed on Tuesday, and the star was optimistic that MPs will endorse his agenda.
"First Ever Kenyan music Concert at Parliament Buildings. Then we tabled the Motion in Parliament," he said.
Earlier on, Omondi had been spotted with MP Babu Owino who promised to join the fight for Kenyan artists.
"The PRESIDENT is back in the Country. This is a historic week. Tuesday we begin a journey that will forever change the lives of Young people in this Country. God be with us."
Omondi has been receiving support from his fans as he pushes for Kenyan music to be given more airplay.
This is not the first time Eric has been spotted outside parliament buildings.
On the first occasion, he was manhandled and on the second attempt, he presented himself in a transparent glass cube to discourage police from arresting him.
