Popular Inooro TV news anchor Winrose Wangui has quit her job at the Kikuyu TV station.
Through her official Facebook channel, the talented media personality announced her exit from the station saying 30 October 2022 was her last bulletin.
She stated that it has been a beautiful journey and an exciting experience but now she is taking a new direction.
"Change is Inevitable...It's my last Bulletin and my last day of service at Royal media services ( Inooro TV)What a beautiful journey! Seven (7) years and looks like yesterday. It has been such an exciting experience but now I have to say goodbye to my colleagues and our Amazing audience," she wrote.
She then thanked God, the company, and her fans who formed her audience as she leaves to pursue other interests.
"Thanks to the RMS fraternity for offering me this opportunity and you the people that formed our daily audience. To my Family, All my supporters, and friends it has been such an honor, May the Almighty God bless you now and forever."
During her last bulletin, Winrose reminisced about her journey when she joined Inooro TV seven years ago saying that she was a naive little girl.
"No words can fully cover my gratitude but accept this from the deepest part of my heart. My socials remain as they were before so let's keep in touch."
Her friends and colleagues surprised her with a cake and flowers on her last day at the station.
