Ben Pol throws shade at Anerlisa after addressing their divorce process

Ben Pol continues to let fans into his divorce issues. The singer shared a sorrowful Rhumba song that talks about poverty and how the singer is struggling with life as he look for money.

Pol sings along to the song which he captioned "Bro, how about your divorce?"

This comes weeks after Anerlisa announced that she had officially divorced the Tanzanian singer.

“Officially Free. It would not be fair to not give a shout-out to these two advocates who worked tirelessly to make sure that the divorce was done quickly and not wait for years."

Media pundits reported that Ben Pol had refuted claims of the divorce finalization.

"I am also seeing these reports online. I haven’t been informed officially or unofficially. I don’t know where she got that communication from because even the court where I filed for the divorce isn’t aware of the reports,” Quoted Nairobi News

In a past interview with Kalondu Musyimi, said he still speaks to Anerlisa. The singer also sought therapy after the divorce.

"What I believe is, if you had invested in that relationship, you just can't move on as if nothing happened. It doesn't go like that. I had to cope. I went for counselling. I can never deny."

"What is inspiring you to be married? You have to ask yourself that questions. Wait for the right time when you feel deep within you that its time."

"Sometimes things change and people also change. you learn lessons and move on"

He said he has learnt after his divorce. 

"After my divorce, I came to learn that there are some personal things which I should keep to myself. It is still not okay to speak about it," he said.

He added;

"Even at the moment, I would still want people to view me as an artiste and all religions to support me. It was not a good idea to come out and speak about it. I know that is God but just respect my private life."
