Amina Khalef, wife to singer Alikiba has deleted the star's photos from her social media pages. This comes hours  after she hinted that her divorce to the singer might have succeeded.

Taking to social media, the mother of two shared a photo of an open cage and wrote;

'Officially Free," she wrote.

She followed it with another Instagram story that read;

"This chapter of my life is called 'My Turn'

In February this year, Amina was reported to have filed for a divorce at a Mombasa-based Kadhi's court.

Amina cited issues among them infidelity, the singer deserting their marriage, verbal abuse, frustrations from in-laws, and maintenance provided by the singer would come after a push and pull.

In a past Instagram post that elicited mixed reactions, Amina shared a black and white photo, followed by a cryptic message

"Don’t mistake Silence for Weakness, Respect is a two-way street, if you want to get it, you’ve got to give it. I am not a Victim for sharing, I AM A SURVIVOR setting the world on fire with my Truth. I never know who needs my Light, my warmth, and raging courage.

"ABUSE is intentional, One knows what they are doing, and one doesn’t give a shit. You can only find heaven by backing slowly away from hell. A narcissist hates anyone who reveals the truth about them. Exposure is their biggest fear!"

The couple is blessed with two sons.

She went on to say that most men are not running away from great women "They are running away from parts of themselves they are not willing to fix to deserve her."
