Why Akothee chose a mzungu bae over a Kenyan man

Singer Akothee has made it public that she is planning a wedding with her good looking white man.

The Sweet Love singer has been updating her fans about the wedding plans the past week.

Through her Instagram page on Sunday, the mother of five asked professional wedding planners to send her an email with the kind of work they ever did. This comes a few weeks after she unveiled her new Mzungu bae.

Today, she had announced that she was already looking for an MC for her wedding. She reached out to MC Dr Ofweneke who she claimed asked her for more than Sh 1 million to do the job.

According to her recent post, Akothee said Ofweneke said he would MC her traditional and white wedding if she pays him Sh 1.4 million.

This is despite them being friends.

"I thought we were friends @drofweneke is charging me 1.4 m to be the official Mc on my wedding day both white and traditional, ati kwasababu ni Mzungu Babe why?" she asked.

Akothee went on to state that Ofweneke overcharged her since she did not chose a Kenyan man. According to the mother of five, there was no Kenyan man who fit her.

"His answers, Kwani Kenya Hakuna wanaume ? Ni madharau Gani hii unatuonyesha, wewe lipa 1.4 ksh ama ulete MC Mzungu basi Someone tell @drofweneke haki sio kwa ubaya ,sikuona yeyote anayenifaa poleni basi( Honestly, I did not see any Kenyan man who fits me. I am sorry)."

Since unveiling her new man, Akothee has been gushing over him making it public that she is in a happy place.

Akothee had put up a post announcing that she is no longer single.

"I am not single anymore, you can take this to the bank. Happy Sabbath."
