Keroche heiress Anerlisa Muigai is advising her fans to choose their circles according to how real the person is and not about their wealth.

Through her social media, Anerlisa said she is no longer attracted to people because of their money but how pure their intentions are towards her.

"Before I was very naïve but now I am really a different person," she explained.

She further advised her fans to always invest in themselves.

Anerlisa pointed out that people who have money sometimes might not even check on you when you desperately need them.

"I have more respect for people who have clean hearts, not the car they drive, the many holidays they take, or how much they spend. 

"The people who can’t even help you financially will be the people checking on you always. Invest only in yourself and only you, and choose friends according to how you feel about their hearts. We learn through experiences. I believe nothing bad in life is permanent," she remarked. 

Anerlisa has in the past shared advice as per her past experiences.

The Nero Company CEO went on to address fake friends.

She said some of the so-called friends only smile with you when you have the money but when things south they start back biting you.

"I think most of you know the sh** we have had to go through. This is actually for people who are looking forward to making it and maybe one of their goals is to have ’rich friends’. Those so-called rich friends will only smile at you when you have money. These so-called rich friends will not give you even a cent or even check up on you."

A few months ago, Anerlisa split with her friend Phoina in a cryptic message after she was seen spending quality time with Omar Lali, the main suspect in a court case following her sister's mysterious death.
