Words trolls can't use on Willis Raburu's socials

• Willis added that sometimes he is also tempted to hit back at his trolls.

Media Personality Willis Raburu has explained how he regulates trolls on his Instagram page.

The father of two told Mungai Eve that at times, hate from people who don't know him puts him down.

Raburu said that before he knew about the social media safety ways to keep him peaceful, he could completely not allow people to comment on the page.

Nowadays, Raburu said there are words, he has restricted from the comments section.

"I also restricted and blocked words like wife, child, fat at the comment section for my peace and my space," he said.

"Even if you block people, there is nothing you are doing to yourself since you have already read the message before blocking. Bad comments register in someone's mind. It is painful to go through trolls."

Willis added that sometimes he is also tempted to hit back at his trolls.

"It gets to you and sometimes you can handle it but sometimes it's hard. I became comfortable with me at that time. I admitted that I needed help and I started working on it. Some trolls even talked about my performance in bed but the good thing is I have people who keep me going and they tell that I am okay."

Raburu said that he opted for the surgery after the gym failed to work out for him.

"There is a lot of cyber bullying around weight and that has really affected me," he said.

"The feeling you get after is amazing after shedding some weight but the healing process is not easy."

Raburu who has since undergone Gastric bypass weight loss surgery said he used to eat 6-8 chapos. "Nowadays, I eat one Chapo. It reduces your intake and it is permanent."
