We all have a story to tell when we finally make it.

It's not easy or guaranteed for everyone to make it in life, specifically in our careers but when luck and blessings are on our side we might taste it.

The following personalities have worked hard to be where they are now and they are making money moves.

You might have seen some of them on your timeline on Instagram making skits, while others have been on your screens for a hot minute; now they are bigger and better.

Abel Mutua aka Mkurugenzi

Abel Mutua started his career in acting back in the days, he acted in the local show called Tahidi High.

The show was very popular and of course, the charming Abel did his thing.

Abel Mutua always had a dream of being in the film industry and he had one thing to do to show Kenyans that he can do it.

Just a few months ago Abel Mutua and a fellow actor Phil produced a movie called 'The click click bang'.

The movie cost them 2.5 million to invest in and it did not disappoint.

Apart from movies, the actor has minisodes that he produces on his you tube channel.

Phillip Karanja

Phillip Karanja and husband to the talented actress Catherine Kamau is a strategic man when it comes to films.

Phillip is a director and also an actor; he acted on a TV series of Tahidi high where he showed his range in acting and I must say he did a good job.

He did not stop there as he continued to follow his dreams in a film where he collaborated with Abel Mutua on the popular movie 'The click click Bang'.

Catherine Kamau

Catherine Kamau aka Selina is a renowned actress who is loved and adored by many.

Cate has been making moves in the Kenyan film industry, off-late you won't miss seeing her on red carpets in South Africa.

The actress is a definition of hard work pays, her first on-screen film was on a local show called Mother in law where she acted as a daughter-in-law and wife to an alcoholic husband.

She did not stop there, she dreamed big and now she acts as the main character and she is cashing in big cheques.

Njugush

Njugush is a comedian who has been on the screens for quite some time now.

Njugush acted on a comedy reality show called The Real House helps of Kawangware; as he progressed he started doing skits with his wife.

Kenyans loved their content and so they became very popular on Instagram.

This did not stop them, the couple started getting adverts from brands and this shot them up in the list of Kenyans in the industry.

Njugush produced a comedy series called 'Through Thick and Thin' which is now on season 3.

This shows how much Njugush is ready to change the Kenyan film industry and take it all the way to the top.
