It looks like Socialite, Mishi Dorah has finally secured her freedom after she was locked in prison over a month ago for failing to settle a Ksh 152,000 at Golden Ice Bistro lounge along Mombasa Road.

Mishi made a comeback on Instagram on Monday evening with a selfie post complete with a  'Ask Me A Question' feature.

It seems like she is ready to make some clarifications regarding the saga that saw her get locked up.

During the saga, Risper Faith refused to be associated with Mishi Dora and stated that she won’t help to bail her out. 

The mother of one shared the song, ‘Kila Mtu Atauchukua Mzigo Wake Mwenyewe‘ when one of her fans asked if she would bail Mishi out of jail.

Pendo a Kenyan socialite and an ex-Nairobi Diaries actress had earlier taken to her socials to request Kenyans to contribute towards Mishi's bail.

"For any contribution on behalf of Mishi Doras on her cash bail 0115279481."

Pendo also added the hashtag,

 "FreeMishi"

Mishi is in jail over an unpaid bill from her expensive night out.

Mishi Dorah whose real names are Clara Ojenga was charged with pretentiously obtaining credit after failing to clear a Ksh.152,550 bill accrued at a local entertainment joint on the night of May 26, 2022.

According to reports, Mishi ordered seven bottles of Hennessy at Ksh.70,000 and six bottles of Belaire valued at Ksh.75,000 which she shared with her friends who were also at the club.

When asked to clear the bill before checking out, Ojenga claimed that her ATM card was not operational going as far as asking the club’s management to accompany her to her home to collect the cash.
