Juliani shared a photo with his pregnant wife dancing to Nicki Minaj's Star-ships song, accompanied by a sweet message.

He wrote;

"Happy birthday, love. In the audience and watching you be you. I'll be there to clap, laugh, cry as you put up the best show I've ever watched," he said.

Earlier on, Lilian displayed beautiful flowers and a cake on her Instagram.

An excited Lilian captioned the photo with heart emojis while announcing that;

"It's my birthday!"

Lilian broke up with her lover Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua in 2021.

During her birthday last year, Mutua also sent her a lovely message on social media.

He captioned;

''Happy Birthday, my Love. This is my favourite photo of you. It was a surprise photo that I snapped as you walked out to a balcony somewhere in one of our many getaways."

In August last year, Lilian said they had amicably ended their union.

In a statement released on her Instagram, Lilian revealed that she ended the relationship two months prior to the message being posted.

"The only constant in life is change and we MUST  be present and aware to appreciate and embrace it,"the post read.

"Winds of change blew my way two months ago, I decided to end my long term relationship with Dr Alfred Mutua. We had a good run and I am forever grateful to God he brought us together. We remain friends.

With this, I put down the Machakos First Lady cap – and what an honor it has been to be of service! I will continue to do projects close to my heart, charity work etc through the “Lilian Nganga Foundation” as this has always formed who I am as a person. God’s plans are always for our good. Never doubt or question."
