The charge sheet for the individual accused of eating fare read, “Justin Kioko, a resident of Machakos is in police custody for obtaining money through pretense.
The 31-year-old allegedly received Sh344,500 via M-Pesa. The money was to cover a two-way ticket, shopping and for her to buy a brand new phone,” he said.
Kinuthia disputed the claims, clarifying that he is not from Machakos further denying any association with the story.
