• Muthee Kiengei and his ex-wife Keziah reunited on Sunday at a thanksgiving event.

• When called to the podium to speak, Kiengei was received with a hug from the daughter he has with Keziah.

Comedian Muthee Kiengei and his ex-wife on Sunday wowed fans after their first public appearance together since she walked down the aisle.

Kiengei and Keziah met at her function in Ruiru where she had a thanksgiving event.

When called to the podium to speak, Kiengei was received with a hug from the daughter he has with Keziah.

After hugging the daughter, Kiengei proceeded to hug his ex-wife Keziah and fans were left screaming as they clapped for the ex-couple.

The event was graced by veteran Kikuyu musicians and radio personalities. Among those who attended were; Mary Lincoln, Karangu Wa Muraya among others.

Speaking to their fans, Kiengei said he was proud of Keziah who had never stopped serving God in whatever circumstance.

"We are all supposed to love each other with the love of God. Thank you so much Keziah and congratulations for this day. Showcasing your talent. Whoever praises God should be supported. Let nothing stop you from worshiping your God."

Kiengei then gifted Keziah with a Sh 100k cash gift.

Both Keziah and Kiengei have since moved on with their lives since their break-up a few years ago.

Kiengei married Mugure as his second wife while he was still married to Keziah Wa Kariuki.

This angered Keziah, and she divorced her pastor-husband Kiengei. In a past interview, Keziah said she was heartbroken after Kiengei married another woman.

Keziah then hooked up with George, a divorcee, and got married in a church wedding in December last year.

The invites-only wedding was attended by a few family members and close friends. Betty Bayo and her husband Tash were among the bridal and groom's teams.
