Tanzanian star Aslay has requested that he be buried beside his daughter, Mozza. Taking to his socials Aslay shared a photo of himself alongside that of his daughter and captioned  it,

"Tukifa Tuzikwe Wote Ndio Mimi na @mozza__aslay."

Aslay's post shocked many Tanzanians who wondered why he had decided to post something like that yet his daughter was alive and in rude health.

In the past, fellow celeb Akothee also left tongues wagging, after she pointed out where she would want to be buried when she died.

The singer posted a photo of herself at her palatial home and told her millions of online followers it was the place she would be buried at.

“See where I will be buried when that time comes. I have lived this life for real. Mwanamke singol ni kujipanga! Ujipange ama maisha ikupange, ama upangiwe chaguo ni lako (sic). (A single woman is all about planning herself, you either plan or life will plan for you. The choice is yours)."

In 2020, Akothee revealed that she would want to be buried on the same day she died. This she revealed during a time she was mourning her sister-in-law.

“For me, if I die today, I have asked my family to bury me the same day, the trauma my mother has gone through for a month waiting for nyabondo because of the Covid situation, I can't stand seeing her making trips to the funeral home. May the Lord comfort everyone who lost their loved ones during these hard times, good morning my love,” stated Akothee.

The mother of 5 called out people who always want financial help for her yet they never support her in any way when she needs help.

"The air is thin up here. Always attending my family’s funerals alone. With my security, PA, and photographers.

I am panicking, I have no one to comfort me, no one is even asking if I need anything or any help. But when people have funerals, the number of phone calls I get - only God knows. I am learning to be selfish too, I wish I could, be blessed,” wrote Akothee.

Would you chose how and where you want to be buried?
