It's official! Nigerian superstar and multi-award winner, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, is set to thrill Kenyans on May 21st.

This will not be the first time Davido will be performing in the 254, with the last time being during the much-hyped 30 Billion World Tour Concert which was held at Uhuru Gardens on November 24, 2018.

The news of his imminent performance was received with so much excitement from Kenyans who love and adore Davido, who's brand and catalogue has gone over the roof since his last appearance in Kenya.

Davido is however not the only West African star set to thrill Kenyans with Rema, also another Nigerian artist set to perform at the Mwanaume ni effort fest on 7th May.

With the influx of West African artists flocking into the country for the last few months, we take a look at others who have brought the party to Kenyans.

Omah Lay

The 'Understand' hit maker was in the country last year where he performed at the much-anticipated Pizza and Wine Festival which took place at the Royal Gardenia Gardens.

Wizkid

Just like Davido, Wizkid is one of the many Nigerian artists who have made several trips in Kenya, with his last appearance being in 2018 during the Barbeque Live.

Adekunle Gold

The Nigerian superstar performed for the first time ever in Kenya back in November, 2021 during the ‘Destination Africa Festival’ at the Waterfront Ngong Racecourse.

Ruger

Africa's fast rising star Michael Adebayo popularly known as Ruger performed in Kenya back in September 2021 at Diamond Plaza. 

Ayra Starr

Two months ago, the fast rising star jetted into the country for her performance at the Thrift Social event held at Ngong race course.

Burna Boy

The African giant has made several trips to Kenya way before he became a big shot in the international scene.

Burna performed in the country for two years in a row with the second one (2018) coming at the back of his infamous 'peasant' comment which was aimed at Kenyan fans.
