Singer Austin Chimano ushered in the Easter holiday with the release of a new song, Hallelujah.
The Sauti Sol singer, who is currently on a tour in Germany dropped Hallelujah, which is the second single in his EP Heavy is the Crown.
In the music video, Chimano is all dressed up in black heels in heels and black dazzling clothes and Jewels.
The song was written by Sauti Sol's Bien Aime and its strings were arranged by Polycarp 'Fancy fingers'.
"My lead single Hallelujah is out now!!!! I’m so thankful for everyone who’s been part of this journey!"Chimano shared the good news.
The video features Chimano only, and the lyrics is a mixture of bubble connotations and words about love.
"The bibble says only love can take us to heaven, Hallelujah. Anytime you are in my arms am in heaven, Hallelujah...Everybody wants to be someone...everybody wants to go somewhere, I wanna be with you...I wanna go with you," Chimano sings in part.
In a past interview with Mpasho, the Friday Feeling hitmaker shared that his album will be all about him.
"The theme is just happiness, freedom, dance. My EP is called Heavy is the Crown, my first single is called Friday feeling, its just about having a good time. It is about freedom, happiness, feeling and if you know you know..." he said.
