Vanessa Mdee's lover Rotimi has called on parents to lead their kids to God by example.

The proud father took to Instagram today to share a photo of him kneeling to pray, with his son Seven imitating his pose beside him.

"Lead by example. Start them early with God conversations," he captioned the photo.

Vanessa commented on the photo saying;

"Singing … ‘What shall I render to JEHOVA."

The couple welcomed their son last year.

Sharing on Instagram, Vanessa termed the pregnancy as a perfect gift, expressing gratitude to God.

"The greatest gift of all, thank you Jesus for choosing us - it is a true true honour. We are overjoyed," she captioned a photo from her maternity photo-shoot.
