• Shaq had to work under awkward conditions occasioned by Sean dating his then-girlfriend.

Sean Prezzy is no longer going to be co-hosting with his former best friend, Shaq the Yungin.

This was confirmed by the radio personality himself on his Instastories. His caption read,

"For those asking. The answer is 'Yes'. I am no longer on the NRG mid-morning show. From now on you can cattchh me on the late night show."

Shaq himself will now be working with King Kalala on the morning show.

The change isn't a shock to anyone who has been following Sean and Shaq over the past few months.

In late February we learnt that Sean had been dating Shaq's then-girlfriend, Cindy. The two ex-best friends even fought after Shaq had found out about the affair.

The odd thing was that the two protagonists were still required to work together in the same studio, even after the betrayal.

And how would that work out? Shaq told Mungai Eve that he was a professional and he would still keep working with a man who had betrayed his trust in the worst possible way.

"I am a professional. I entered this game knowing what I wanted. I know what brought me to this. At the end of the month, my cheque is to come in. When that mic comes on, I don't want to mess up my bag over a girl. Many people have had their hearts broken and have moved on.  It's life. Kazi ni kazi. My workplace is very comforting, we have had our meetings, we have spoken and we decided work is work."

Before adding,

"But when the mic is off, we don't talk, I don't even look at him. We only talk when that mic comes on. I know my profession and it's radio. I have to be the same every day on that mic regardless of whether I have had a bad day or not. Plus I let it to God. I am now done with this issue and I realise I am the one who keeps giving them the exposure. I let them be, wishing them the best. I will now focus on me."

Clearly, the show couldn't go on after such craziness...
